Nattawoot Leadrutdachakul, Chief Executive Officer & Founder of Covermat Co.,Ltd. stated “The company has an environmental awareness and supports green business (Bio-Circular-Green) that is responsible for environment and create a sustainable society (Sustainability) to customers in the country and expanding to the Asian region where the company has released eco-friendly products under the brand “Green Covermat” which are A4 papers with thickness of 150,200,300 microns that contains 10,20 sheets per package and Green CoverMat garbage sorting bags with 4 colors, 3 sizes: S (18×20 inches), M (22×30 inches) and L (30×40 inches).
Green Covermat products are made of eco-friendly materials with calcium carbonate (CaCo3) or limestone (Limestone) as main ingredients in order to reduce the use of petroleum-based plastics which is LIMEX technology from Japan. Green Covermat products can be used as an alternative to paper in order to save large amounts of water in the production process and reduce the use of plastic. Importantly, it also reduces carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere which is a major cause of the Greenhouse effect.
The features of eco-friendly paper products from Green Covermat are waterproof, resistant to tearing and able to print on both sides, suitable for both colored and black & white laser printing, making business cards, cards, book covers, books, photo printing paper (Photo Print) and paper for painting etc. Due to its semi-matte texture after printing, the process of varnishing papers (required in the normal printing process) is no longer necessary.
Meanwhile, Green Covermat trash sorting bags contain properties that are strong, tough, flexible, odorless, and convenient for waste separation because there are 4 colors to choose from according to the types of waste. Green trash bags are for wet waste separation. White trash bags are for recycling waste. Opaque white trash bags are for orphan waste separation.
