CPFC unveils a new era of retail experiences at True Digital Park

CP Future City Development Corporation (CPFC) has transformed the retail space at True Digital Park into a vibrant lifestyle hub in the Sukhumvit area. With a new brand promise centered around “life” and the tagline “Life Starts Here,” the revamped space offers a diverse mix of dining, shopping, and services.

Currently home to over 250 stores, True Digital Park continues to attract renowned brands, creating a comprehensive experience that aligns with modern consumer trends. This revitalization aims to provide a seamlessly connected lifestyle that caters to every member of the family.

Paphitchaya Suwandee, President of both Whizdom Landmark Corporation (WLC) and CP Future City Development Corporation (CPFC), said that True Digital Park’s unique position as ASEAN’s largest tech and startup hub. Designed as a dynamic community for those passionate about innovation, this mixed-use project embodies the concept of “One Roof, All Possibilities.

Located in the heart of Bangkok’s CyberTech District, True Digital Park provides a comprehensive ecosystem for businesses and individuals alike. In addition to supporting startups and tech companies, it offers a range of services, including retail spaces, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, and a state-of-the-art grand hall for seminars.

Paphitchaya further explained the recent transformation of the retail space, guided by the brand promise “life.” She emphasized CPFC’s dedication to enhancing everyday experiences and providing an exceptional customer journey.

“We have completely renovated the mall and introduced a variety of new shops, restaurants, and cafes,” she noted, highlighting popular additions such as Uniqlo, OWNDAYS, Thong Smith, Nose Tea, Boost Juice, Omakase Don, Kaew Kai Krob, Baan Ying, and Fatt Chicken Rice.

Recognizing the shift in consumer trends towards health and wellness following the pandemic, True Digital Park has also expanded its sports and fitness offerings. Brands like Decathlon, Ari, Skechers, and Sportsworld now cater to this growing interest.

Beyond diverse retail options, the revitalized space offers a full range of lifestyle services and regularly hosts pop-up events to ensure a dynamic and engaging experience for visitors.

To further enhance the “life” experience, True Digital Park has launched the “Life Starts Here” marketing campaign, showcasing its commitment to catering to every member of the family. The mall will continue to evolve, with a continuous influx of new stores expected throughout late 2024 and 2025. These include popular brands like EVEANDBOY, % Arabica, Bartels, and various dining options such as Khao Na, Tumkratoei Sagate, E Jae Jeaw Horn, Mookratoei, and JIAN CHA Tea.

Future developments include a large playground with green areas for children and a pet-friendly zone, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.

Paphitchaya highlighted the success of the retail space transformation, noting a more than 25% increase in visitors from Q1 to Q3 2024 compared to the same period in 2023. With an average of 15 million visitors annually, True Digital Park has seen a significant rise in foot traffic and a 30% increase in event and campaign participation.

“This demonstrates that the ‘life’ rebranding effectively addresses consumer needs,” said Paphitchaya.

True Digital Park also prioritizes customer experience through technology, offering cashless payment options, free 24-hour Wi-Fi, and an enhanced membership program via Line Official with exclusive benefits.

Sustainability is also a key focus, with ride-sharing services through the Muvmi app, car-sharing through HAUP, and energy-efficient building management systems.

The design of the customer experience at True Digital Park focuses on four key aspects of life:

  • Live: Offers a convenient and comprehensive everyday experience with its mixed-use space encompassing office buildings, the Whizdom 101 residential project, and the True Digital Park retail area. The mall features over 100 diverse restaurants and cafes, along with Lotus’s Eatery, a 1,500 sq.m. food court with over 50 vendors, including Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurants and street food options. There are also supermarkets, convenience stores, sports equipment retailers, fashion boutiques, cosmetics stores, gadget and IT shops, pharmacies, pet stores, general merchandise stores, health and beauty clinics, banks, and more, totaling over 250 stores. Events and pop-up booths are held throughout the year, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Work: Caters to professionals and the new generation, particularly those in tech and innovation. In addition to office spaces occupied by leading global and national technology companies, there are co-working spaces, meeting rooms, seminar rooms, workshops, and a grand hall that can accommodate up to 700 people. Flexible room configurations cater to various business needs, and convenient parking options include both conventional and automated systems. The revamped retail space, new F&B outlets, and pop-up events further enhance the work-life balance.
  • Learn: Provides learning opportunities for professionals and the public with co-learning spaces, the TK Park learning space, and TDPK studio art exhibition. Students receive discounts on various products and services.
  • Play: Offers accessible lifestyle options for everyone, including the Sky Track, the city’s longest indoor/outdoor elevated running track with a 540-meter loop and stunning city views, free for registered users with amenities such as restrooms, showers, smart lockers, and parking. There is also a Virgin Active flagship fitness center, the largest in Asia. The project is pet-friendly, catering to the growing trend of pet ownership. A playground and the 3,000 sq. m. Sky Garden provide green space for relaxation, rejuvenation, and inspiration.
